Author Information

Authors are invited to submit full papers to the Technical Program Committee no later than 15 October 2010. Please see Important Deadlines for the submission schedule.

Submissions

• ALL submissions (initial and final) must be made on-line. Please click here for paper submissions.
• If you are submitting multiple papers, you only need to create one web account. Please use the same account (User name & Password) for any additional submissions.
• If you need to edit any author information or resubmit your paper, it may be done up until the submission deadline. Please use the unique web account you created during initial submission, to edit or resubmit.
• Email submissions will NOT be accepted.

Paper Specifications

Your paper MUST comply with the following specifications:

• Paper Length: Maximum 4 pages, including figures, tables & references
• Paper Size: A4 (210mm X 297mm) or US Letter (8.5" x 11")
• Paper formatting: single spaced, double-column, 9pt font or larger
• Margins (nominal): Top: 0.85" (22mm), Bottom: 0.85" (22mm), Left & Right: 0.7" (18mm)
• Fonts: Embed & Subset ALL fonts in your PDF file. No Type 3 fonts allowed
• File Format: PDF only
• File Size Limitation: 2.0MB
• Do NOT page number your paper
• Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
